7. What is Enspyre's privacy policy?

At Enspyre, we are serious about maintaining the confidentiality of any client's information. We have a detailed confidentiality agreement in our service contract and every employee has signed a legally binding privacy agreement as part of our internal information management system. Also, we maintain control over your information. The flow of information is clearly registered in our system, and access to information is protected by different levels of passwords.

Enspyre is using a state of the art administrative management system that ensures that all our administrators can serve your needs with the same high level of quality and professionalism.

Whenever your business gets an incoming call, your Enspyre administrator answers it according to your instructions, and the information is stored in our database with standard wording to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the information.

When a customer has a question or requests any task to be performed (send order form etc), the administrator registers the event in the database. In this manner, even when the original administrator goes off duty, any other administrator can immediately understand the event and act on it as needed.

You can follow our service in real time since each interaction results in a immediate report sent to you. You will also get daily and monthly summary reports emailed to you.

Enspyre's offices are located at No. 171 Nan Jing East Road, Sec. 4. 12F-4, in the heart of Taipei's business and financial district. Our offices are a 15 minute ride from the Taipei Main Train Station and a 10 minute ride from the Taipei World Trade Center and Taipei 101.

11.How will I get my business correspondence?

Enspyre's Administrative System will automatically send Daily Reports via e-mail so you can be fully up to date on all issues. Parcels and letters are forwarded to you once a week.

12.Does Enspyre have an office that I can use?

Enspyre does not provide office space. Enspyre can provide our customers a conference room for meetings with clients, suppliers or other business partners. If you need larger conference rooms or meeting spaces, Enspyre can help you find and book suitable facilities.
