The founder of Enspyre, Elias Ek, is from Sweden and previously lived in the United States and Japan, before finally settling in Taiwan in 2000. Elias first tried his hand at entrepreneurship when he was just 15 years old. Since then, he has never stopped trying, successively achieving his goals and becoming a serial entrepreneur.
In 2000, Elias came to Taiwan and established an Internet company with three co-founders. He realized that it was difficult for small businesses to maintain good customer service and therefore, after selling this first business, he sat down for dinner with like-minded friends and brainstormed together what would become Enspyre. Enspyre started out providing professional corporate phone answering services to solve the pain points of more than 1.5 million small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan. Based on feedback from our customers, the company later added marketing services which quickly become our main source of revenues.
Based on his own experience in starting a business in Taiwan, Elias is committed to assisting immigrant entrepreneurs, hoping to help more foreign startups to take root in and bring more possibilities to Taiwan.
