Docceo Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology service company established in Taipei City. They are a startup with only 3 people.<\/p>\n

Their digital butler DigiJames system is built on top pf Microsoft’s Azure cloud technology. Using the DigiJames’ App, hotel guests can control their hotel room – lights, A\/C, TV and curtains as well as accessing hotel information.<\/p>\n

Because the company was small at the beginning of its establishment, all staff were outside during the day. In order to answer calls from customers and partners, they decided to outsource their answering to Enspyre.<\/p>\n
