This year’s lineup was truly inspiring — spanning industries such as AI, SaaS, and cybersecurity, with some teams already achieving successful fundraising milestones. The event brought together a vibrant community of startups and investors, sharing an evening of networking and inspiration.
Julia Bergstrom, Publications & Communications Director at AmCham, reminded startups: “Don’t underestimate the power of a good network! Get out there and meet people. You never know who can help you—or who you might help.”
Michael Lur, Marketing Manager at Taipei Computer Association (Smart City Expo), shared his insights on AI & software startups: “They could turn technology into solutions, helping hardware manufacturers in their digital transformation. Taiwanese startups should not limit themselves—events like tonight are a great chance to connect across industries and borders.”
On top of the chance to pitch in front of hundreds during Meet Taipei, the finalists will have the chance to win hundreds of thousands of NTD worth of services from our sponsors including a free membership in the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. They will also have a booth during the Meet Taipei startup event where they will have the opportunity to connect with thousands of potential investors, mentors, partners and customers.
