“To explore how Taiwan can be developed into a living environment more suitable for international residents, the National Development Council held the “Workshop on Creating an International Living Environment” on December 7, 2015. Representatives from various relevant organizations gathered to discuss the topic. The workshop also invited Chen Chao-ming, Chairman of the Taiwan Globalization Education Promotion Association, as well as long-term Taiwan residents and permanent residents Doris Brougham, founder of Studio Classroom, Timothy Berge, General Manager of ICRT, and Elias EK, General Manager of Enspyre International Business Consulting, to provide suggestions on improving the international living environment.”
