Telemarketing: Pushing Through for a High Salary

Last year, the university admission rate reached 96.28%, meaning university graduates are everywhere, yet jobs are becoming increasingly difficult to find. As a result, telemarketing jobs — which generally only require a college education — have naturally attracted significant attention.
Although the monthly base salary is only slightly above NT$20,000, and performance pressure is unavoidable, with customer rejection being a common occurrence, those who possess strong communication skills and enthusiasm can not only learn marketing strategies from various industries, but also challenge themselves to achieve high salaries through real-time sales performance over the phone.
