Held on July 3, “Speak Where Business Decision Makers Listen.” was co-hosted by Enspyre, X Taiwan (Taipei Digital), and InnoVEX.

Focused on “how to truly break into international markets,” the event drew a strong turnout of business decision-makers both in person and online. Attendees explored how B2B brands can effectively reach international prospects through trade shows, digital advertising, and systematic marketing strategies. The session brought together professionals from the startup ecosystem, digital advertising, and B2B marketing to share frontline insights and practical experience.

B2B GTM Strategy: Precise Targeting, Multi-Channel Outreach, Sustained Trust-Building

Lucy Peng, Growth Marketer at Enspyre, used a vivid analogy – deep-sea fishing to explain how a B2B GTM (Go-to-Market) system works: companies must first identify the right waters (an accurate ICP, or Ideal Customer Profile), then use multiple channels to reach out, and finally guide prospects toward the right harbor (the trade show) in order to truly connect with high-potential partners. She emphasized that no major company became a big company overnight, sustained trust-building remains the core of B2B marketing and sales.

InnoVEX Continues to Grow as a Hub for Startups and Decision-Makers

Jacky Chen, Startup Marketing Manager, shared that InnoVEX 2026 brought together over 500 startups from 26 countries, drawing a cumulative attendance of 44,000 visitors. The event continues to expand in scale, solidifying its role as a key platform for engagement between startups and business decision-makers.

Pre-Show Brand Positioning Determines Trade Show Success

Sam, Operations Director at X Taiwan, illustrated the importance of pre-show preparation with concrete numbers: at Computex, over 1,000 exhibitors participate across four days. Assuming each conversation takes 20 minutes, a single buyer can visit a maximum of only 92 booths during that time. This underscores why brands must build awareness before the show even begins, securing a spot on decision-makers’ “must-visit list” in order to compete for limited face-to-face time on the show floor. He noted that expanding brand visibility is precisely the value X Taiwan brings within the tech industry.

Sustained Engagement Is Essential to B2B Marketing

Speakers agreed that B2B marketing conversion cycles are inherently long. Regardless of company size, maintaining long-term, consistent engagement with target customers isn’t optional, it’s essential for successful international market expansion.
