Bridging Canadian Innovation and Taiwan’s Manufacturing Ecosystem

Enspyre is proud that Canadian Trade Office in Taipei (CTOT) trusted us as their B2B Lead Generation partner for the Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) program, supporting eight Canadian hard tech startups in generating qualified meetings during InnoVEX 2026.

About the CTOT CTA Program

The CTA is a program offered by the Canadian government, delivered through the Trade Commissioner Service. The program is designed to help high-potential Canadian companies with market-ready technologies or products grow their business in twelve global tech hubs, including Taiwan, by connecting them with potential investors, prospective clients, partners, and technology buyers.

From March to June 2026, CTOT coordinated a cohort featuring eight hard tech firms spanning advanced manufacturing, AI, and robotics:

  • AON3D – Industrial-grade high-performance 3D printing solutions for critical manufacturing sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and semiconductors.
  • AWL Electricity – Advanced wireless power transfer technology for applications in consumer electronics, automotive, and factory automation.
  • DaoAI – AOI inspection systems built for electronics manufacturing to automate quality control.
  • Emtar Technologies – Next-generation wireless SoC chips focused on non-terrestrial networks (NTN) and 6G applications.
  • Irréversible Inc. – Developing ultra-low-power analog processors for AI inference that significantly reduce power consumption.
  • Mecademic – Miniaturized automation technology designed for extremely small-part handling in electronics, semiconductors, and medical applications.
  • Sarcomere Dynamics – Delivering high-dexterity robotic hand components that bring machine dexterity closer to the human hand.
  • Secure City Solutions – Specializes in image and video compression technology that reduces the cost of data.

The Challenge: Getting the Right People in the Room

Entering Taiwan’s B2B market requires more than a strong product – it requires knowing exactly who to contact, how to position the conversation, and how to secure a confirmed seat at the table before the show opens.

For international programs bringing overseas companies to Taiwan, the real execution challenge lies in two things: building precise prospect lists tailored to each company’s target profile, and converting those contacts into confirmed, high-level attendees, all within a compressed pre-show timeline.

This is precisely where Enspyre’s value becomes clear. With over two decades of B2B outreach experience and one of the most comprehensive corporate databases in Taiwan, Enspyre is built for exactly this kind of engagement, moving fast, targeting precisely, and delivering results that hold up on show day.

Why CTOT Chose Enspyre

CTOT’s introduction to Enspyre came through a prior collaboration with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada (APFC). Though the two organizations are independent, APFC’s positive results and industry referrals brought Enspyre’s B2B lead generation capabilities to CTOT’s attention.

Building on that awareness, CTOT partnered with Enspyre for the first time during Meet Taipei 2025 to handle B2B meetings for a different CTA cohort in Taiwan. In that project, Enspyre contacted 387 potential B2B companies and arranged 28 in-person and six virtual meetings. The strong results gave CTOT a solid foundation of trust in Enspyre’s expertise.

That confidence is what brought both parties back together again for InnoVEX 2026.

Enspyre’s Role: Connecting the Right Conversations

Enspyre served as a precision B2B matchmaking engine between eight Canadian startups and Taiwan’s market.

For each company, the Enspyre team individually completed: ideal customer profile (ICP) development, prospect list building and decision-maker verification, localized outreach script creation and execution, and meeting scheduling with pre-show confirmation.

The entire execution cycle ran intensively in the weeks leading up to the show, ensuring that every meeting held on-site was a substantive business conversation.

Results

  • Companies contacted: 701
  • Decision-maker contacts acquired: 458
  • Meetings confirmed: 42
  • Companies that attended on-site: 36

Attendee level: over 86% of participants were manager-level or above, ensuring every conversation had genuine decision-making weight behind it.
