This is a real conversation we had with a customer a few months ago. Don’t be surprised, many companies still think this way.

After working in the B2B marketing industry for 17 years, we realize that many companies still think that as long as they have a website, customers will come knocking. As time changes, B2B marketing methods have to shift as well.

Starting from 2017, we started to provide more inbound marketing services for customers in various industries and we have had quite some successes.

A non-profit with no knowledge of CRM increased donor lists by 166% and accumulated over NT 27M in donations in just 2 years.
A traditional manufacturer, who had not updated their website for 10 years, gained 120% in SEO organic rankings in just 3 weeks and obtaining leads worth millions of dollars.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Our team works together with some outsourced experts to serve a number of customers ranging from equipment manufacturers to lawyers and charities. The team’s job is to generate leads or donations from around the world.

  • SEO
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Facebook Ads
  • Ahrefs.com
  • Social Media
  • LinkedIn
  • CRM
  • Content Marketing

We hope to find someone who has good knowledge and experience with at least a few of these tools. We imagine the suitable candidate have 3-5 years of experience using digital marketing tools to generate leads or sales. 

  1. We hope to find someone who likes being creative based on the data.
  2. You will be spending a lot of time on keywords, data analysis and optimization.
  3. You would also have to interface with our customers to get the information needed for content. 
  4. English AND Chinese is a must but not both languages need to be native level.
  5. Foreigners are very much welcome to apply. Enspyre can apply for a work permit.
  6. We do not care what you studied in school.
  7. B2B or B2C experience both encouraged to apply.
  8. WordPress website experiences is a big plus.

NT35,000-45,000/monthly + KPI bonus depending on experience and track record.
