(中央社記者陳舜協台北13日電)為增進學生國際職場就業能力，私立中國文化大學今天與台北歐洲商會（ECCT）簽訂「國際職場體驗計畫」，10個來自歐洲的公司，提供40個職場機會給文化大學學生實習。

文化大學推廣部產學研發長廖肇弘表示，台北歐洲商會（European Chamber of Commerce Taipei，ECCT）與文大簽訂的國際職場體驗計畫，可協助在台灣有據點歐洲廠商深入校園發掘優秀人才，一方面也可增加有志於國際職場工作的文大學生實習機會，甚至成為正式員工，共創雙贏。

至於台灣學生的能力是否合於國際職場需求？英國倫敦商會考試局台灣區首席代表張祐康表示，與國外學生相較，台灣的學生較天真，目標展現能力較不足，可能與受父母長期保護、職場刺激較少有關，不過，一旦適應職場文化後，後續潛力不錯，但除非語言溝通能力很強、有國際觀，否則很難成為跨國公司集團總公司的領導階層。

對於有志國際職場的台灣學生，張祐康建議，首先應發現自己興趣何在，再從興趣培養能力，有能力後再找尋有無國際職場工作機會。

他說，台灣學生往往逆向而行，先看有那些熱門的工作機會、再想辦法培養自己的能力、找到工作後再試著培養興趣，結果往往無法無怨無悔、全心投入，自然沒辦法在職場獲得真正的成功。張祐康強調，找出自己的興趣何在，是最重要的。
