Where before most customer never knew the brand they were using, Folcrom hopes to build direct connections and a strong international brand.
Enspyre is helping them refreshing their website, adding content and starting to advertise online. We are also helping them setting up their first ever Customer Relations Management system and fill it with the contact information of customers around the world. In the next step our telemarketing agents will start calling these customers and them to this new-old brand.
